As Operations Coordinator and Content Manager for Anthony Management Group (AMG), Sandra Bourdeaux plays a central role in supporting the firm’s operations, communications, and brand presence. With more than three decades of experience in publishing, writing, and graphic design, she brings a rare blend of creative expertise and operational discipline to her work. Sandra is known for her ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content while ensuring the systems behind that work run smoothly and reliably.
Sandra’s professional foundation is deeply rooted in editorial production and visual communication. Her background spans writing, editing, layout, and graphic design in fast‑paced publishing environments, where precision, clarity, and deadlines mattered every day. This experience shaped her ability to craft persuasive narratives, maintain consistency across platforms, and ensure accuracy under pressure. As a published writer and longtime contributor to print and digital publications, she developed a strong voice for business storytelling, thought leadership, and audience‑focused content—skills that continue to inform her work at AMG.
At AMG, Sandra applies this expertise across the company’s marketing and communications efforts. She leads content creation for the website, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media, ensuring messaging reflects AMG’s expertise in construction management, safety, compliance, and operational excellence. She writes and edits original content, including press releases, project highlights, and industry‑focused articles, and collaborates with external designers, photographers, and creative professionals to elevate the firm’s visual identity and brand consistency.
In addition to her creative responsibilities, Sandra supports AMG’s internal operations by coordinating workflows, maintaining CRM data integrity, and supporting proposal and qualification package development. Her publishing background gives her a strong eye for detail and structure, allowing her to bring clarity and cohesion to materials that combine technical information, regulatory requirements, and business messaging. She frequently identifies opportunities to improve processes, reduce rework, and introduce tools that support consistency and efficiency across the organization.
Sandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Advertising, and English, along with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and additional training in technical writing and digital communications. She is WSET Level 2 certified and a commissioned Maryland Notary Public.
Outside of her professional work, Sandra volunteers as Secretary for Trail Riders of Today (TROT) and serves on her community HOA. She enjoys spending time with her husband, horseback riding, and hiking with their border collie.
