Ms. Bruce is a project scheduling and controls professional with 13 years of experience as a CPM Scheduler and more than 30 years of experience as a Primavera Consultant, Engagement Manager, Trainer, and Instructor in the engineering and construction industry. Her professional background covers a diverse range of sectors, including transportation, transit, railcar, bridges, roadways, heavy civil, K‑12 educational, commercial, healthcare, environmental, power, and public and private initiatives.  

 

In her role as a Senior CPM Scheduler, Ms. Bruce specializes in the development and review of comprehensive, CPM‑based project schedules, including baselines, monthly updates, and the delivery of detailed analysis and written schedule narratives. She brings specialized expertise to project management systems through earned value management, time impact analysis, and construction claims support. Additionally, she is a certified trainer and operator of Oracle Primavera software systems, with technical proficiency across platforms including P6, SureTrak, P3, Primavera Contract Management, and Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM).
