Donald Duvall is a professional with over 25 years of safety inspection and auditing experience in transportation and heavy civil construction. A graduate of Columbia Southern University, he brings extensive expertise in field safety audits and compliance monitoring, supported by a strong background in safety coordination for public and private facilities. His professional experience spans roadway and bridge construction, highway resurfacing, tunnel and utility projects, heavy civil work, and active railroad environments, as well as safety inspection efforts for commercial buildings, schools, hospitals, power plants, and electrical transmission facilities.

 

In his current role as a Construction Safety Inspector with Anthony Management Group, Donald excels in providing on-site safety audits, monitoring compliance, and facilitating coordination between contractors and owners. He has served as a Safety Consultant to the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) on complex infrastructure initiatives, including the Abingdon Road Overpass Replacement, the ETL Extension, the Canton Viaduct Replacement, the 15kV Primary Feeder Replacement, and the Bradshaw Road Bridge Overpass. With a comprehensive background that includes roles as a Safety Supervisor, Environmental Health Safety Specialist, Project Manager, and Estimator, he consistently ensures strict adherence to site safety protocols and regulatory standards. His additional technical foundations include CAD/CADD drafting and design technology, enabling him to effectively evaluate project specifications and manage high-stakes safety operations across multi-disciplinary environments.
