In his professional capacity, Mr. Tebong has served as a Senior Construction Inspector, Resident Inspector, Project Manager, Civil Engineer, and Field Engineer, demonstrating a strong capability to supervise complex infrastructure works. His project portfolio includes serving as a TET II Construction Inspector on the MD‑152/ETL Interchange for the I‑95 Express Toll Lanes Project, and supporting MD‑SHA Districts 3 and 7 alongside VDOT as a Construction Project Engineer.
