With strong technical expertise in the Three-Phase Control System, submittal reviews, and construction quality management, he consistently delivers high-quality infrastructure and operational excellence. His additional technical proficiencies include AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6, as well as managing high-stakes regulatory compliance through active certifications such as CQM-C, OSHA-30, and Maryland Department of the Environment Erosion & Sediment Control.
