Managing Interior Renovation Scheduling Within an Occupied Courthouse
Anthony Management Group provided construction scheduling services for the 4th Floor Juror Lounge Renovation at the H. Carl Moultrie Courthouse for the DC Department of General Services. The project included renovation of training rooms, juror lounge areas, business center, corridors, and restroom facilities within an active courthouse environment. AMG developed and maintained a CPM schedule using Primavera P6 consisting of 375 activities, 559 relationships, and defined critical path activities, supporting phased construction and coordination within the occupied facility.
