RTR Relocation Infrastructure at BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport

Anthony Management Group provided CPM scheduling services for the RTR Relocation Infrastructure project at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport for the Maryland Aviation Administration. The project included installation of a new reinforced concrete equipment shelter, a 37-foot-tall steel antenna tower platform, underground electrical and fiber-optic duct banks, utility infrastructure, grounding and lightning protection systems, site grading, stormwater improvements, and associated airport facility upgrades. AMG developed and maintained the Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule to support coordination of utility installations, electrical service connections, procurement activities, site construction, testing, commissioning, and project closeout. Through ongoing schedule updates, critical path analysis, and project controls support, AMG helped facilitate delivery of this complex aviation infrastructure project within an active airport environment.
