Coordinating Secure, Multi-Phase Courtroom Renovation in an Active Facility (Indiana Ave Level)
Anthony Management Group provided construction scheduling services for the East Courtroom 115 Renovation at the H. Carl Moultrie Courthouse for the DC Department of General Services. The project included interior renovation of the courtroom and associated support spaces, including holding areas, jury rooms, and circulation spaces within an active judicial facility. AMG developed and maintained a cost- and resource-loaded CPM schedule using Primavera P6 consisting of approximately 260 activities and nearly 400 relationships, supporting phased construction and coordination with ongoing court operations.
