John Peter Van Ness Elementary School

Anthony Management Group provided Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling services for the John Peter Van Ness Elementary School Addition project in Washington, DC. The project expanded the school’s capacity through the renovation of an existing building and historic field house, construction of new educational space, and connection of the facilities to the existing school campus. The design-build project created approximately 9,500 square feet of additional learning environments to accommodate the school’s growing enrollment and evolving educational programs. AMG developed and maintained CPM schedules to support design, permitting, phased construction activities, stakeholder coordination, procurement, and milestone tracking, helping the project team manage a complex schedule within an occupied urban educational environment.
