Replacement of Bridge No. 1102400 on US 219 for the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration encompassed bridge construction, roadway realignment, stream relocation, drainage systems, and environmental mitigation. Navigating these diverse requirements demanded a comprehensive approach to project controls to manage environmental restrictions and maintain traffic flow along the active corridor.

Technical coordination of the project relied on a cost-loaded CPM schedule in Primavera P6, which consisted of 187 activities, 239 relationships, and 95 critical path tasks. By maintaining this robust schedule, the team successfully managed the interplay between phased construction stages and environmental compliance requirements.
