Enhancing Safety and Traffic Operations Along the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel Thruway Through Expert CPM Scheduling
Anthony Management Group provided Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling services for the Replacement of Concrete Median Barrier Along I-895 project for the Maryland Transportation Authority. Located along the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel Thruway in Baltimore City and Anne Arundel County, the project involved removing and replacing existing concrete median barriers, constructing new reinforced concrete barriers, pavement grinding and overlay, pavement marking installation, conduit and hand box installation for future Swiftgate and Dynamic Message Sign (DMS) operations, and installation of foundations for future DMS infrastructure.
Working within one of Maryland’s busiest transportation corridors, AMG developed and maintained the Primavera P6 Integrated CPM schedule, providing schedule development, progress tracking, critical path analysis, milestone management, maintenance of traffic coordination, and project controls reporting to support safe and efficient project delivery while minimizing impacts to motorists.
