Managing Multi-Bridge Rehabilitation Scheduling Across Active Corridors
Anthony Management Group provided construction scheduling services for cleaning and painting operations across 26 bridge structures along the I-95 corridor for the Maryland Department of Transportation. The project included abrasive blasting, coating application, and associated maintenance of traffic operations during active roadway conditions.
AMG developed a resource-loaded CPM schedule in Primavera P6 with 269 activities, 426 relationships, and 78 critical-path activities. The schedule supported coordination of phased work, traffic restrictions, and concurrent bridge operations.
