Enhancing Transit Safety and Emergency Access Through Strategic Metro Infrastructure Upgrades

Anthony Management Group provided Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling services for the Metro Tunnel Cross Passage Door Repair and Replacement project for the Maryland Transit Administration. The project involved replacing select doors, frames, glazing, thresholds, seals, and associated hardware within the MTA Metro tunnel cross passages and station areas. Work also included concrete rehabilitation, cleaning and refinishing of existing door assemblies, repainting, signage installation, coordination of roadway worker protection requirements, and access coordination within active transit tunnel environments.

AMG developed and maintained the Primavera P6 CPM schedule, providing schedule development, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, milestone management, and project controls support to help safely coordinate construction activities within an operational transit system while maintaining compliance with MTA safety and access requirements.
