Cleaning & Painting of Approach Spans Structural Steel on the Francis Scott Key Bridge

Anthony Management Group provided Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling services for the Cleaning & Painting of Approach Spans Structural Steel project on the Francis Scott Key Bridge for the Maryland Transportation Authority. The project involved cleaning, surface preparation, containment operations, painting, and protective coating application on multiple structural steel approach spans of the bridge. Work included installation and removal of containment systems, blasting and priming operations, stripe and intermediate coating applications, finish coating, structural steel protection measures, maintenance of traffic coordination, miscellaneous repairs, and project closeout activities.

Using Primavera P6, AMG developed and maintained the Integrated CPM schedule, providing schedule updates, progress tracking, critical path analysis, milestone management, float analysis, and project controls reporting to support the safe and efficient execution of this important bridge preservation project.
