Supporting Stadium Expansion Through Structured CPM Scheduling
Anthony Management Group provided CPM scheduling and project controls services for the rehabilitation of a 50,000-gallon elevated water storage tank for the City of Philadelphia Water Department. The project included removal and replacement of protective coating systems on interior and exterior tank surfaces, lead abatement, cathodic protection installation, replacement of ladders, railings, platforms, manways, inspection ports, valve chamber piping improvements, structural repairs, electrical upgrades, and associated site improvements.
AMG developed an Integrated Critical Path Method (ICPM) schedule in Primavera P6 consisting of 74 activities and 92 logical relationships to support procurement, containment installation, structural repairs, coating operations, electrical improvements, inspections, and project closeout. The schedule facilitated coordination of multiple specialty trades, compliance requirements, phased construction sequencing, and milestone achievement throughout the rehabilitation program.
