Engineering Precision Scheduling and Master Controls for Educational Facility Modernization

Revitalizing historic educational facilities for the community, Anthony Management Group directed the comprehensive construction scheduling for the modernization and expansion of the Pimlico Elementary/Middle School project. The scope encompassed 78,000 square feet of thorough renovations alongside a 41,015-square-foot addition, meticulously reconstructing the original 1910 building to support the elementary division while housing the middle school within the 1924 structure.

Balancing architectural heritage with modern utility, the project required the preservation of historic elements while unifying them with contemporary additions, including converting the original 1924 gymnasium into an open-ceiling media center and retrofitting the existing activities core into a light-filled dining room. To navigate the complex sequencing of historic preservation and modern construction, our team developed and maintained a precise CPM schedule that coordinated multi-phase delivery, milestone tracking, and stakeholder requirements throughout the lifecycle of the build.
