Todd A. Lee Senior Residences

Construction scheduling services were provided for the Todd A. Lee Senior Residences project in Washington, DC. The development of this multi-story residential building included the creation of 38 affordable housing units alongside ground-floor retail space, requiring a structured approach to manage the multi-phase construction process effectively.

Planning and execution efforts utilized a CPM schedule developed in Primavera P6, consisting of 105 activities, 115 relationships, and 45 critical path tasks. This framework served as the primary tool for sequencing work and tracking progress to ensure the timely completion of all residential and retail components within the facility.
