The project encompassed the comprehensive expansion and renovation of an approximately 18,446-square-foot religious and community facility featuring multiple occupied floors, dedicated prayer spaces, administrative offices, educational and support rooms, specialty finishes, a new elevator installation, and extensive building system upgrades.

To establish financial clarity during preconstruction, our team performed meticulous quantity takeoffs and developed a comprehensive construction cost estimate covering every facet of the build—including demolition, concrete, structural steel, architectural finishes, roofing, openings, conveyance systems, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, electrical, communications, and security systems.
