Coordinating Marine Infrastructure Improvements Through CPM Scheduling

Replacement of floating piers, gangways, platforms, and boat lifts, alongside repairs to existing structures at the Fort McHenry Fire Pier, were performed for the Maryland Port Administration. The renovation project demanded precise coordination of marine fabrication and installation activities to ensure the fire pier remained operational.

Management of the project timeline was achieved using a CPM schedule in Primavera P6, which included 75 activities, 109 relationships, and 27 critical path tasks. This scheduling framework allowed the team to manage phased marine construction and successfully coordinate the delivery and installation of all new pier components.
