Navigating a major capital improvement for Montgomery County Public Schools, Anthony Management Group facilitated the scheduling for the Woodlin Elementary School replacement. The project evolved from an initial addition scope into a full facility replacement, requiring a highly adaptable and rigorous scheduling strategy to handle the increased scale and complexity.

To manage these demands, our team engineered a robust, resource-loaded schedule in Primavera P6, consisting of over 626 activities, 957 relationships, and 506 critical path items. This data-driven approach enabled proactive decision-making and risk mitigation, ensuring the project remained under tight control through monthly reporting and continuous stakeholder engagement.
