Central High School

To modernize educational facilities for the community, Anthony Management Group directed the scheduling of a comprehensive HVAC replacement and building envelope upgrade at Central High School. The project encompassed the installation of new mechanical systems, ceilings, and lighting, as well as asbestos abatement, to significantly enhance building performance and student comfort.

To navigate the operational hurdles of the project, our team engineered a detailed CPM schedule featuring 324 activities, 562 logical relationships, and 9 critical path items. This rigorous scheduling framework enabled us to perform vital delay analyses and facilitate schedule recovery strategies during COVID-related disruptions, ensuring the modernization remained on track and received full client acceptance.
