Managing Complex Bridge Rehabilitation Scheduling Along a Critical Interstate Corridor

Executing structural preservation along major interstate corridors, Anthony Management Group directed the construction scheduling for the parapet rehabilitation of Bridge Nos. 0322903 and 0322904 carrying I-70 Eastbound and Westbound over the Patapsco River and CSXT in Baltimore and Howard Counties. The comprehensive project scope encompassed bridge parapet rehabilitation, bridge deck and wing wall repairs, replacement of elastomeric concrete headers, compression seals, joints, and scuppers, guardrail replacement, partial-depth concrete patching, milling and resurfacing, and pavement marking installation alongside complex maintenance of traffic operations.

To navigate the strict logistical and multi-agency demands of the corridor, our team engineered and maintained an Integrated Critical Path Method (ICPM) schedule using Primavera P6 consisting of 224 activities, 317 logical relationships, and 51 critical path activities. This precision framework successfully supported phased eastbound and westbound construction sequencing, vital coordination with CSXT, strict maintenance of traffic requirements, procurement tracking, and continuous schedule performance monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
