Anthony Management Group provided CPM scheduling services for the rehabilitation and protective coating replacement of the Embden-Solon Bridge (#2267) for the Maine Department of Transportation. The project involved lead-based paint abatement, containment and pollution control measures, surface preparation of existing structural steel, application of a multi-coat protective coating system, traffic maintenance coordination, environmental compliance, and quality control requirements.
AMG developed and maintained a Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule to support planning, sequencing, submittal management, environmental restrictions, containment installation, coating operations, inspections, and project closeout. The schedule assisted the project team in coordinating complex bridge rehabilitation activities while maintaining compliance with environmental, safety, and traffic-control requirements.
