Supporting Infrastructure Rehabilitation with Structured Scheduling
Rehabilitation of a 750,000-gallon water tank at the Five Points Correctional Facility required a disciplined approach to draining, surface preparation, coating application, and valve work. Performing these essential infrastructure upgrades within an active correctional facility environment demanded precise coordination to maintain security and facility operations throughout the process.
Management of the project timeline was facilitated through a CPM schedule in Primavera P6, which included 72 activities, 99 relationships, and 25 critical path tasks. By conducting regular schedule updates and detailed delay analysis, the team successfully navigated challenges associated with external disruptions and ensured all work remained compliant with the operational constraints of the facility.
