I-95 – Express Toll Lanes Northern Extension

Expanding major highway infrastructure for the Maryland Transportation Authority, Anthony Management Group delivered comprehensive construction inspection services for the I-95 Express Toll Lanes Northern Extension – MD 152 Interchange Reconstruction project. The complex multi-faceted scope encompassed the demolition and reconstruction of roadway overpasses, widening of I-95, construction of new interchange ramps, widening of the Winters Run bridge, and the installation of extensive retaining and noise walls alongside traffic signal improvements and the full reconstruction of portions of MD 152.

Operating within one of Maryland’s busiest transportation corridors, our team provided rigorous, day-to-day field inspections to guarantee quality, safety, and structural integrity across roadway, bridge, and pile foundation operations. This hands-on oversight included precise work documentation, quantity verification, and specialist checks of mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls, micropiles, and auger piles. Additionally, we coordinated vital traffic control measures to ensure safety and smooth motorist flow throughout the complex, multi-phased construction stages.
