Anthony Management Group provided Quality Control and Safety Management services for the Concourse DX Egress Stairs project at BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport. The project involved the construction of new egress stairs to accommodate increased occupant loads associated with larger Boeing 737-800 aircraft and included modifications to the mobile lounge dock at Gate B1. Work encompassed selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete, masonry construction, structural steel framing, metal stair systems, roofing, exterior wall panels, doors and security systems, fire protection, HVAC modifications, electrical and lighting upgrades, pavement improvements, and aircraft apron restoration.
