Coordinating Multi-Phase Courtroom Renovation in an Active Judicial Facility
Renovation of third-floor courtrooms and corridors at the H. Carl Moultrie Courthouse was executed for the DC Department of General Services. The scope encompassed the modernization of courtroom sets, circulation spaces, and support areas, all while operating within a fully occupied and secure judicial facility.
Timeline management was achieved through a cost- and resource-loaded CPM schedule in Primavera P6, consisting of approximately 330 activities and over 540 relationships. This scheduling framework allowed for the successful integration of phased construction tasks, ensuring that all improvements were completed without disrupting continuous court operations.
