M&T Bank Stadium

Quality control inspection and management services were delivered for the $430 million renovation of M&T Bank Stadium on behalf of the Maryland Stadium Authority. This multi-phase undertaking included significant upgrades to suites, club levels, and press facilities, alongside new construction elements throughout the stadium complex.

Oversight of the project involved implementing and managing the Quality Control Program, which included performing detailed inspections, reviewing submittals, and coordinating with contractors across multiple sub-projects. The team maintained a focus on structural, architectural, and MEP work, ensuring that phased construction activities were synchronized to keep the stadium fully operational throughout the NFL season.
