Supporting the Preservation of Maryland’s Iconic Bay Bridge Through Expert CPM Scheduling

Anthony Management Group is providing Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling services for the Cleaning & Painting Structural Steel at the Eastbound Bay Bridge (Phase 1) project for the Maryland Transportation Authority. This major preservation initiative involves cleaning and painting structural steel on select portions of the eastbound William Preston Lane, Jr. Memorial (Bay) Bridge, including truss spans, suspension towers, catwalk systems, and supporting structural components. The work also includes installation of painting containment systems, structural steel repairs, pin and hanger auxiliary support installations, rivet and bolt replacement, maintenance of traffic coordination, and miscellaneous bridge rehabilitation activities designed to extend the service life of one of Maryland’s most critical transportation assets.

AMG develops and maintains the Primavera P6 Integrated Critical Path Method schedule, providing schedule updates, progress tracking, critical path analysis, milestone management, and project controls support throughout this multi-year infrastructure preservation project.
