Improving Transportation Infrastructure Through System-Wide Drainage Rehabilitation and CPM Scheduling

Anthony Management Group provided Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling services for the Small Drainage Rehabilitation program for the Maryland Transportation Authority. The project involved the rehabilitation of drainage infrastructure across multiple MDTA facilities in Baltimore, Cecil, Harford, and Howard Counties, as well as Baltimore City. Work included rehabilitation of 57 culverts and drainage pipes 42 inches and smaller through cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, installation of new shallow manholes and drainage structures, construction of endwalls and end sections, outlet protection improvements, plunge pools, vegetation clearing, landscaping, stream diversion, dewatering operations, and maintenance of traffic coordination.

AMG developed and maintained the Primavera P6 Integrated CPM Schedule, providing schedule updates, critical path analysis, progress tracking, milestone management, and project controls support to help coordinate work across numerous active transportation facilities while minimizing operational impacts.
