Improving Transit Safety and Reliability Through Comprehensive Metro Tunnel Rehabilitation Scheduling
Anthony Management Group provided Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling services for the Metro Tunnel Liner Rehabilitation project for the Maryland Transit Administration. This critical transit infrastructure project involved extensive rehabilitation and repair of tunnel liners throughout the MTA Metro system and the Sudbrook Tunnel. Work included concrete spall repairs, hollow concrete repairs, crack repairs, leak remediation, steel liner bolt replacement, utility support replacement, conduit support replacement, junction box cover replacement, handrail support repairs, steel cleaning and painting, drain cover replacement, connection plate repairs, precast concrete walkway panel replacement, and other tunnel system improvements.
